Earl C Dixon

Earl C. Dixon Sr., 92, passed away on December 2, 2023, in Port Charlotte, FL. He was born on July 12, 1931, in Jersey City, NJ, to Helen Bailey (née Murden). He served in the Korean War. He married his wife, Joyce, in 1954. Earl worked at Mosler Airomatic Safe Company for 35 years until retirement in 2000. Earl enjoyed being with his family, driving his car and doing word searches. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. Earl is predeceased by his wife Joyce (née Bates) of 68 years and son Earl C. Dixon, Jr. (Butch). He is survived by his children, Ruth Dixon, Jane Aydemir and husband Savas, Joyce Rozek and husband Todd, Robert Dixon and wife Lynn, Helen Fulvi and husband Eugene and his daughter-in-law Jodi Dixon. He also leaves behind eighteen grandchildren and thirty-seven great grandchildren. There will be a service held on January 6, 2023, at First Presbyterian Church in Carlstadt, NJ at 11:00 am.
