Darold Edwin “Ed” Morrow, 68, of Caldwell, died Thursday, October 10, 2013. Ed was born January 4, 1945 in Nampa, Idaho, to Elliott and Opal Morrow. Ed lived in Marsing, Idaho where he went to school and graduated from Marsing High School. He worked at JR Simplot Company as a Journeyman Electrician for 44 years and retired in 2009. Ed shared his life, with his love of 32 years, Lucia Villarreal and her seven children. Grandpa loved his monthly lunches with his high school friends and weekly lunches with the Hispanic Senior Citizens of Idaho. During Ed’s free time he loved hunting, fishing, metal detecting, and four wheeling with his nephew, sons, grandchildren and friends. Spending time with family was the best. He took each of us, individually or as a group to four-wheel in Silver City something everyone always looked forward to. Ed was loved and will be missed deeply. He is survived by two sisters, Anita (Danny) Thompson, Janie (Leroy) Harriman. His children, Juan (Dalia) Herrera, Elisa Puga, Gloria (Jose) Lopez, Pedro (Juanita) Villarreal, Rosalinda (David) Ramirez, Carolina (Giovani) Giron, Diana (Chava) Villarreal and extended family Caesar (Lupe) Rodriguez. 2 nephews, 2 nieces, 26 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. A viewing will be held Monday, October 21, 2013, 6:00PM to 8:00PM at Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Caldwell with Rosary to be recited at 7:00PM. Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, October 22, 2013, 10:30AM, at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church with graveside service to follow at Canyon Hill Cemetery.
