Edgar Hugh Forbes, 77, of Port Charlotte, passed away unexpectedly on March 1, 2017. He was born to Edward F and Ida (nee Swanson) Forbes in Kingston, Jamaica, on January 24, 1940. Edgar was a sorter and driver for UPS for many years. He had a passion for traveling, appreciated nature and enjoyed authentic Jamaican food, but Edgar took pride in and loved his family most of all. He will be greatly missed by all of those who knew him.
