Edris Claire Kroepsch
November 21st, 1922 - March 15th, 2016
Edris Kroepsch (Skeel), St. Petersburg, passed peacefully on March 15, 2016 at age 93. She was born in Cleveland, OH on November 21, 1922 to Lloyd and Anne Skeel. Edris married her husband Lt Col Kay Kroepsch in Maryland on January 19, 1946. They were married for 66 years and led a wonderful life together following the path of a career U. S. Air Force officer. They lived on the East Coast from Florida to Maine and as far west as Oklahoma, plus Japan, France and Germany. They retired in Florida living in Satellite Beach, Melbourne and finally settling in St. Petersburg. Edris will join Kay at Arlington National Cemetery. Edris brought a ray of sunshine to everyone she met and loved making new friends, singing, painting and traveling. Her two sons and families will deeply miss her. David and Suzanne Kroepsch, their family Lara, Adrianne, Brendan and Christine. Steven and Diane Kroepsch and their son Daniel. Edris is also survived by her brother Dr. David Skeel, her sister-in-law Jacqueline Stowell, many nieces, nephews and one great granddaughter.
