Edward J. De Stefano, III

Edward Joseph DeStefano, III, 67, passed away unexpectedly at Holmes Regional Medical Center, on August 17, 2017. Edward was born in Port Chester, New York on January 9, 1950. Edward was a Pharmacist; he graduated from St. John’s University in 1973. He retired in 2005, after dedicating 35 years to Walgreens. Edward is survived by his parents Edward Joseph DeStefano, Jr. and Viola DeStefano; wife of 45 years, Lydia DeStefano; His son David Destefano and his wife Trish; His two daughters, Sara DeStefano Lackey and Rebecca Connor and her husband Robert Connor; Grandchildren Gage, Victoria, Reilly, Rianne, Aubrie, Jacob, and Brayden. Edward loved outdoor activities, including golfing and camping with his grandchildren. He enjoyed being on the water, fishing, and boating. He also appreciated nature and wildlife, and took enjoyment in photographing those experiences with his wife. Ed selflessly dedicated his life to his family and was loved by many.
