Obituary for Edward Arthur Hunter Edward Arthur Hunter, 84, of Auburndale, Florida passed away March 16, 2024. He was born on July 18, 1939, in Detroit, Michigan to Edward and Rosemary (Roberts ) Hunter. Edward graduated from Austin High School in Detroit Michigan, graduated college with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Detroit. Edward was a retired computer consultant and a Navy Veteran. He enjoyed playing bridge, playing cards, working with computers, bowling, playing golf, baseball, snow skiing and eating at Big Tom's. He was a Fourth Degree Knight with the Knights of Columbus Council 4726, an American Legion Post 8 and a member of The Vietnam Veterans of America. Edward is survived by: his loving wife of 55 years Betty; 3 children, Catherine Heydel (Michael), John Hunter (Sue Waterous), and Rebecca Hunter. 2 grandchildren, Alicia and Bradley Heydel. He also leaves to cherish his memory, 2 sisters, Sylvia Matul and Mary Lou Francek, 1 brother, Gary Hunter (Patricia) and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by: his parents.
