Edward D. Romero, age 73, born in Veguita, NM, passed away on Sunday, September 7, 2014. Edward was a former resident and business owner of Albuquerque and Moriarty. Our beloved friend, brother, father and grandfather will be missed but his fun loving memory will never be forgotten. He is preceded in death by his parents, Juan and Consuelo Romero; four brothers; one grandson; one great grandson; and his son, Edward JB Romero. He is survived by his ex-wife, Terrie Jean; four siblings, Patty, Vina, Lillian, and Frank; four children, Anthony, Donald, Freddie Romero and his only daughter, Diana Perea; 8 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held at the Riverside Funeral Home of Albuquerque Chapel, on Monday September 15, 2014 at 11:00 AM. The family would like friends and relatives to bring a dish, if able, and come celebrate his life at his daughter's home immediately following services for a potluck at 6301 Zimmerman Ave NE Albuquerque, NM 87110.
