PEÑA, Efrain, 77, passed away on Thursday, April 12, 2012 at his home in Tampa. Efrain was born July 3, 1934 in Humacao, Puerto Rico. The son of Herminio Peña and Elisa Piñero. Efrain worked at McKesson Corporation as a driver for 21 years. His interests included family, music, dancing and reminiscing of the old days in Puerto Rico. Throughout his life he devoted much of his time and energy to taking care of his parents until their passing in the 1970's. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Ana Delia (Rodriguez) Peña; sons, Efrain Peña Jr. and his spouse, Yolanda(Cuadrado) Peña, William Peña and his spouse, Marilu Wilson Peña; daughter, Sonia Ayala; grandchildren, Miguel Angel Morales and his wife Tara (Gardner)Morales, Joseph Anthony Ayala, Andrea Nicole Duncan, Sharon Gisely Peña and Jason Peña; great grandson, Jordan Duncan. The Peña family is in gratitude for the compassionate and loving care provided by LifePath Hospice.
