Efrain C. Rivera July 2, 1952 - January 3, 2013 Efrain "Pecos" C. Rivera, 60, died Thursday, January 3, 2013. He was born in Puerto Rico. He was employed by the City of Syracuse DPW for 18 years. Pecos is survived by his wife of 39 years, Carol; sons, Ephrain P. and Efrain Jr.; daughters, Tanya, Felicita, Sophia and Josephine; brother, Tito Rivera; sister, Nancy Cardona; 26 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Calling hours will be held Sunday, 1 to 4 p.m. with a funeral service at 4 p.m. both at A. Dewitt Memorial Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 4612 S. Salina Street, Syracuse, New York 13205.
