Eion D. Hayes

Eion Douglas Hayes, 18, of Fultonville, died unexpectedly on January 7, 2016. Born in Gloversville, NY on July 21, 1997 he was the son of Jeffrey and Tammy Rohling Hayes. A lifelong area resident, Eion attended Fonda- Fultonville Central School and enjoyed growing up in the Town of Glen. He was a true kid, who enjoyed driving fast, hunting and tractor pulling. He would have been a future driver of his family's team, the 20 Mule Pulling Team. Survivors include his parents; brothers, Jesse and Dylan Hayes; paternal grandparents, Jim and Donna Hayes; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 13, 2016at 1p.m. at the Fonda Reformed Church, Broadway, Fonda, NY.
