Elaine Bell Kozacki
July 10th, 1933 - June 21st, 2019
"Palmer, Elaine B. Kozacki, 85, died peacefully at home with her devoted family by her side on Friday, June 21. Born in Pittsfield, MA she was the daughter of Louis and Gladys Pulver. She lived in West Brookfield for 35 years before relocating to Palmer in 2013 to live with her daughter and granddaughter. She enjoyed tending to her lawn, vegetable and flower gardens, as well as crafts, and playing the organ. She was also one of the founding members of New England Pinto Horse Association which honored her love of horses. And she especially treasured time with her family. She will be deeply missed by her children, Deborah Fancy and her husband Robert, with whom she lived, and Gerald Stilwell and his wife, Hilda,of Douglas, MA, along with her four grandchildren, Billie-Jo Foskit- Nulph and her husband Todd, Timothy Stilwell and his wife Caitlyn, David Stilwell and his wife Molly and Sarah Josti and her husband Gino, and her 9 great grandchildren, Evan, Felicity, Jackson, Sean, Andrew, Samuel, Theo, Eleanor and Eliza. She will also be missed by many nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her first husband's family, Sharon Dockter and her husband Gary, and Mary Theresa Stilwell, Michael Stilwell and Theresa Stilwell. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, William Stilwell, her second husband, Francis Kozacki and two brothers, Bruce and Lee Pulver. A celebration of Elaine's life will be on Thursday, June 27th at 10:00 am at Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Quabbin Park Cemetery. Calling hours will be on Wednesday from 4:00 -7:00 pm. Memorial donations in her memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association at www.act.alz.org."
