Eleanor Quinn

Eleanor R. Quinn, 93, of Rotonda West died Saturday, July 4, 2009 at Sunset Lake Health and Rehabilitation. She was born on April 11, 1916 in Providence, RI to D. Mark and Rose W. Trant. Mrs. Quinn was a resident of Warwick, RI for 32 years before moving to FL in 1981. She was a member of the Rotonda West Women's Club and St. Francis of Assisi Women's Guild in Grove City. Survivors include her daughters; Patricia Quinn Carroll of Dublin, GA., Cathleen Quinn of Rotonda West and her son, Mark Trant Quinn of Englewood: her sister in law; Mary Jane Trant of Portsmouth, NH: four grandchildren; Shane Quinn, Rory Quinn, Jennifer Collins, Daniel Sellers and two great grandchildren; Maxwell Collins and Carson Collins. She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas J. Quinn, Jr. in 1990 and a son; Thomas J. Quinn, III in 1957. Visitation will be on Tuesday, July 7 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at Englewood Community Funeral Home, Inc. 3070 S. McCall Rd. A Funeral Mass will follow at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church 5265 Placida Rd. Grove City at 10:00 AM. Further services and interment will be held at the Thomas and Walter Quinn Funeral Home in Warwick, RI with interment in St. Ann's Cemetery in Cranston, RI.
