Eleanor G. Tomlinson

 Eleanor (Ellie) G. Tomlinson, age 93, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 14, 2018, at her home at the Woodmark Senior Care facility in Albuquerque, NM. She was born May 6, 1924 in New Rochelle, NY to Thomas W. Gotti and Mary R Gotti.  She graduated New Rochelle High School and attended Beaver College in Pennsylvania. She worked at Texaco in procurement and logistics serving oil field exploration in South America.    At Texaco, she met DeVoe "Bud" Tomlinson, a veteran of World War II (10th Air Force, Burma) and they began a life together after being married on April 30, 1949 in Bayside, Queens, New York.    The newlyweds began a family of three sons: Christopher, Stephen, and John.    Years passed in Bayside, the kids grew up, and Ellie took on second career as a travel agent. Having always loved traveling and the opportunity to help others, it also afforded her the chance to see the world.    After Bud retired they moved to Albuquerque in 1990.  She joined her two sisters, Marie and Marguerite in the Land of Enchantment.    She is survived by her sons, Christopher and his wife, Irene of Pleasanton CA, Stephen and his wife, Regina of Spring, TX and John and his wife Marisela of Albuquerque, a
