Elizabeth C. Barela Elizabeth C. Barela, a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on January 22nd, 2024. She was born on March 1st, 1994 to Jerry Barela and Jayne Perea. Liz enjoyed music, dancing, doing nails, hair, and make up, spending time with family and friends and going to the casino. She is preceded in death by her father Jerry Barela and sister Jamie Barela. She is survived by her mother, Jayne Perea; sister, Antoinette; and for brothers, Carlos, Lee, Angelo and Adam; and many uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Lizzy is loved and will be missed dearly. Service will be held at Riverside Funeral Home at 225 San Mateo Blvd, NE, Albuquerque, NM, 87108. Viewing will be at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Service to begin at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 15th, 2024.
