Jeannine (Sweat) Mars

My condolences to you, June, on the loss of your sister. And my condolences to you, John, Joanna, Charlotte, and Diana, on the loss of your mother. I'll never forget our cross-country adventure when your mom packed us all into the car for the drive to Arkansas for Wanda June's wedding. If I remember right, we had car trouble the first day and then had to drive 'round the clock to make it in time. It must have been stressful for your mom to drive more than 1,600 miles (one way) with a car full of kids, but I don't remember her being grumpy at all. And she was so kind to take me along; otherwise, I might have missed my best friend's wedding. I hope that you have many other wonderful memories of her to bring you peace in coming days. My prayers are with you all.
