Elizabeth Johnson, 81 from Briggsdale CO, Passed away November 9, 2020 in Loveland CO. Elizabeth "Liz” was born on March 22, 1939 in Saipan, Mariana Islands to Joseph and Perpetua Arriola. She was one of five kids, two brothers and two sisters. Liz worked as a telephone operator and waitress in Saipan until she met and married Larry Johnson from Leyden, CO. In the course of 54 years of marriage, they had 6 children. Liz was a loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Aunt and friend. Liz’s passions included spending time with her family, going to Central City and studying the Bible. Liz was very passionate about religion, faith and the power of prayer. Liz is survived by her loving devoted husband Larry Johnson of Briggsdale CO and children; Eddie (Valerie) Johnson of Lafayette CO, Debra (Wayne) Grosz of Wiggins CO, Joe (Glenda) of Brush CO, Becky (Brian) Walker of Loveland CO, Sandra (Jim) Lautzenheiser of Ft Collins CO, John (Kelly) Johnson of Rochester MN; Bother Tony (Mary) Arriola of Guam, Sister Ann Kruse of Guam, Brother-in-law Gerald (Karen) Johnson of Wiggins CO, Sister-in-laws; Sunny Johnson of Briggsdale CO, Melody Anderson of Briggsdale CO, Joanne Johnson of Arvada CO, many nieces and nephews of both Guam and the States, 20 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter. She is preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Perpetual Arriola, In-Laws Harold and Mrytle Johnson, brother Jesse Arriola, sister Mary (Gabby) Aguon, Brothers-in-law Harold Johnson and Lanny Johnson. Liz will be so sorrowfully missed for her generosity wonderful cooking and never walking away without saying her famous "I love you”. A "Celebration of Life” will be scheduled at a later date.
