Elizabeth Ann Oberlin, 54, of Rotonda West passed away on Tuesday, March 15, 2016 at Englewood Community Hospital. Born on April 16, 1961 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late John and Loretta Buckingham, Sr. she had been a resident of Charlotte County for thirty years coming from Forrest Hill, MD. A loving wife, mother and home maker for her family she was the office manager for Gasparilla Landscape in Boca Grande. Survivors include her loving and devoted husband of thirty years: Lindsay R. Oberlin of Rotonda West, FL; one son: Derek Armiger and one daughter: Karisha Oberlin both of Port Charlotte, FL; one sister: Tracy (Fran) Buckingham of Forrest Hill, MD; one brother: John (Angel) Buckingham, Jr. of Baltimore, MD; one step-sister: Sandy Messerschmidt of Brooklyn, MD; three grand children: Gage and Gemma Armiger and Mila Faith DePaola and beloved dog, Dixie. A celebration of Elizabeth's life will be held Sunday, March 20. 2016 from 1 PM until 4 PM for family and friends at her residence. If you need directions please call Lindsay, Derek or Kara.
