Elizabeth Anne “Libby” Perkins, age 73, was born in Orangeburg, SC on May 9, 1945 and has gone to see our lord and made whole and heathy again on November 30th 2018. She was preceded in death by her parents, Andrew C. Perkins and Jenny E. Perkins. Libby is survived by her sons, Ronald Williams, Andrew “Dru” Williams and wife Kelly, her beautiful granddaughters, Avinger “Avie” Williams, Kailynn Williams; sister, Marcelle Butler; brothers, Andrew Perkins and wife Connie and Tom Perkins and wife Karen. She was a hard working mom and a dedicated medical assistant and crafter of all things fun and beautiful. Libby enjoyed reading, traveling and being with friends and family. She was an amazing single mom who went to all the sporting events of her two sons. She was so proud of her two granddaughters who called her “sassy” and went to every recital with flowers and praise!! Libby was a loving mother, grandmother and a great friend. She will be missed very much by all who knew her.
