Ms. Rife was born the youngest of 15 children to Delmer & Elsie Collins in Cleveland, OK. The family moved to Hobbs, NM where she was raised and graduated from High School. She then married and moved to Houston, TX to raise her family. She resided here in Rio Rancho for the last 3 years to be close to her daughter. Elizabeth is survived by her children Garry and wife Rachel, Donna Rife Gregory and husband George, 4 Grandchildren, and 6 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son Stanford Eugene Rife. She will be cremated and, after a private family graveside service, her remains will be interred at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
