Elizabeth (Betty) Smith passed away April 16, 2009 in Edmonds at the age of 90. Betty grew up in Everett, Washington. She married Roy O. Smith and raised their family in Seattles Lake Forest Park and Innis Arden. Her outside interests included gardening, golf (Jackson and Inglewood), bridge and dancing. During retirement they were snowbirds going to Casa Grande, Arizona yearly. Bettys outgoing and loving presence will be missed by all those she touched. Bettys husband Roy, son Gary and sister, Carol preceded her in death. Betty is survived by brother, Bob and wife Jerry Tillman, son Gregg and wife Jeanette Smith, daughter-in-law Nancy Darlington; grandchildren: Brian (Rejane) Smith of Huntington Beach, CA, Mark (Lynda) Smith of Bellingham, WA; Kimberly (Greg) Koski of Snohomish; Jessica Smith of Berkeley, CA; Ryan Smith of Seattle, WA; and great grandchildren, Haley and Erika Smith of Bellingham, Blake and Coe Koski of Snohomish, and Aidan Smith of Huntington Beach, CA. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Wed., Apr. 22, 2009 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 630 7 th Ave. N, Edmonds.
