Elizabeth Jean Voss, 77 of Aitkin died Thursday, April 21, 2011 at Riverwood Health Care Center in Aitkin. She was born April 5, 1934 in St. Paul. to Joseph and Irene (Bowlin) Stevens. Elizabeth was united in marriage to Roy Kenneth Voss, Sr. on September 18, 1954 in St. Paul. She worked as a bookkeeper for Roy’s Service Station in St. Paul. She enjoyed gardening, fishing, bowling, darts, bingo, going to the casino and traveling. She is survived by her husband Roy Kenneth Voss, Sr. 2 sons and daughters-in-law: Michael Roy (Tammy) Voss of Maplewood Roy Kenneth (Karen) Voss, Jr. Three daughters and son-in-law: Debra Kay (Rick) Norring of Lake Elmo Vicki Lynn Weiss of Lake Elmo Barbara Jean Voss of Oakdale 11 grandchildren: Tom, Nicole, Justin, Maddison, Connor, Taylor, Alex, Joe, Johnny, Sarah, and Joe Four great-grandchildren: Jackson, Hayley, Devin, Caden 1 brother Robert Jahnke of St. Paul She was preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Irene (Bowling) Stevens. Funeral services will be 1P.M. Wednesday, April 27, 2011 at Sandberg Mortuary in North St. Paul. Visitation will be from 5 – 7 P.M. Tuesday at Sorensen-Root-Thompson Funeral Home in Aitkin.
