Wagner, Elizabeth L. Age 87, of West St. Paul. Passed away peacefully on September 20 surrounded by family. Survived by children Debbie (Gary), Steve (Cindy), Don (Cathy), Sandy (Gary), and Mike (Libby): grandchildren Bradley, Andrew, Tyler, Sarah, Sydney, Katelyn, Ethan, Lydia, Thomas, and Matthew. Preceded in death by devoted husband of 69 years Richard, parents Stephen and Elizabeth Petrasek, sisters Gerry and Shirley, and brothers Clarence and Raymond. Elizabeth was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed playing cards and games, baking, crafting, decorating and ballroom dancing. She was an active member in the church and community. Mass of Christian burial will take place on Friday, September 29, 2023, at 10:30 AM at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 1154 Seminole Ave, West St. Paul. Visitation will take place one hour prior. Burial at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
