Ella Josephine Malone, 75, of Boise, passed away Monday, October 7th. She was born to Timothy and Violet Fitzpatrick, May 2, 1938, in Harlowton, MT. Ella graduated from high school in Butte, MT in 1955 and received a nursing degree from Carrol College in Helena, MT. She married Michael Malone in 1963 and they lived in various military locations before settling in Boise to raise their son and three daughters. Ella loved to travel with her family as often as possible and took advantage of Mike’s airline pilot career traveling around the world. She was a devoted grandmother who assisted in her grandchildren’s care. Ella was preceded in death by her husband Mike and son, Timothy. She is survived by her three daughters: Maureen Henke of Meridian, Jennifer Malone of Meridian, Bridget Smith and husband Roger Smith of Eagle. She also is survived by grandchildren: Timothy Henke and Riley and Halle Farris.Ella was a beloved wife, mother, sister, and friend to countless people who feel so lucky to have known her. What a beautiful woman God blessed us with.
