Ellen Silverman Greenfield, 92, of Dunedin, passed away November 7, 2018 at Suncoast Hospice in Palm Harbor. The daughter of the late Max and Beatrice Silverman, she was born January 6, 1926 in New York. Survivors include sons, Eric (Fran) Greenfield of Dunedin, Michael (Debbie) Greenfield of Cape Coral, and Robert (Mary) Greenfield of Los Angeles, CA; sisters, Rhoda Dietzer of Los Angeles and Claire Hirshman of North Brunswick, NJ; grandchildren, Jason, Adam, Jeremy, and Seth; and great-grandchildren, Cierra, Ethan, Landon, Chase, Isaac, Cohen, and Sophie. A graveside service will be held at 1 PM on Friday, November 9 at Coral Ridge Cemetery, 1630 SW Pine Island Road, Cape Coral, FL 33991. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Ellen's memory to the National Kidney Foundation at kidney.org. David C. Gross Funeral Homes, Belcher Road Chapel in Clearwater is serving the family.
