Ellen McBride

Ellen Pinkelton McBride, 63 passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 26, 2010 at Adams Farm Living and Rehabilitation. Funeral services will be held 11:00 am at Christ Lutheran Church, Greensboro, with the Reverend Dwight Shellaway. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery. Born August 12, 1947, she was preceeded in death by her husband Billy Joe McBride and her parents Aaron and Ethel Pinkelton. Surviving are her children, Nikki McBride, West McBride (Velvet), sister Janelle Bostic, nephew Joe Pinkelton (Maria) and grandchildren Connor and Kennedy McBride. The family would like to extend their appreciation to the kind and loving staff at Adams Farm Living and Rehabilitation for the tremendous love and attention she received while in their care. Ellen was an avid supporter of the Salvation Army and dedicated herself to ringing the bell during the holidays.
