Kathleen, Georgia – Emily Proctor 40, passed away Wednesday, May 12, 2021. A Memorial Gathering with family and friends will be held Monday, May 17, 2021 at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home beginning at 10:00AM. A Memorial Service honoring Emily’s life will be held Immediately following beginning at 11:00AM in the Chapel of Heritage Memorial Funeral Home. Emily is proceeded in death by her beloved father, William Peterson, Sr. Left to cherish her memory is her beloved Son, Billy Proctor; Mother, Lorraine Peterson; Brothers, Billy Peterson (Crystal), and Jason Peterson (Joy). In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Face To Face Recovery, 189 N Brunswick St, Jesup, GA 31546.
