Emory Straus Logan, the wife of Ralph Becker Logan, passed away on Hilton Head Island. She was born September 1st, 1938, along with her twin sister Ethel, to Emily and Gus Straus. She is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, their daughters Liddie, Beth and Debbie, and also their grandchildren Stephanie, Christine and Logan. As a chemistry graduate of U of L, she started working in cancer research and then branched out into other careers as she moved with her husband. During those years she found time to continue her education and travel extensively abroad. Her outgoing personality and many dogs made her well known to all. She was well-loved and will be greatly missed.
