Obituary Enid Roberta Renaud (Tamlin) passed from her families loving hands into the hands of God on Dec. 29, 2013. Enid was born February 25, 1928 in Kutch, Colorado to Robert Vincent Tamlin and Dorcie Elizabeth Dunn. A few years later Enid and her family moved to Falcon, Colorado where she attended Falcon school. She was an excellent student that also played basketball and excelled in track and field, being one of the fastest runners in Colorado. She also ran against boys and often beat some of the fastest boys in the state. After high school Enid married and had 4 children. Charlena, Skippy, Burnadena, and Shannon. Enid was a homemaker and worked part time while her children were in school as a cook for Falcon school. Later, as her children got into Jr. High and High School, Enid worked in Colorado Springs as a cook, waitress, hostess, and a number of other food related jobs to help support a growing family. She was also part owner in a small restaurant on the west side of Colorado Springs for a short time. Enid is survived by her 2 daughters and her 2 sons, her 11 grandchildren, her 20 great grandchildren, and her sisters Janice Tamlin and Sally Frost, her brother Terry Tamlin, and many nieces and nephews. Enid was proceeded in death by her parents Ben Tamlin and Dorcie Dunn, her brothers Vernon, Verdell, and Paul Tamlin, and 2 granddaughters Bethany Lindt and Sue Ann Johnston. Visitation is at Cappadona Funeral Home, 1020 E. Fillmore Street, Colorado Springs, Co. on Thursday, January 2, 2014, from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M.. Funeral service will also be held at Cappadona Funeral Home on Friday, January 3, 2014 at 1:00 P.M. The burial will follow immediately after the funeral service at the Kanza Cemetery, east of Colorado Springs.
