Eric Joseph Scherr
November 20th, 1974 - August 30th, 2021
Eric J. Scherr, 46, sadly passed away on August 30, 2021 after his battle with COVID-19. He was born on November 20, 1974 in Burlington, Colorado to Stan Scherr and Cindy Scherr. Eric is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents; Joe and Marcelline Scherr and maternal grandparents; Ray and Bonnie Sprenger. He is survived by his parents; Stan and Cindy Scherr, loving wife, Angie Scherr and children; Allison, Dillon and Evan. Eric earned a Master's degree in Law Enforcement and honorably protected his community as a Sergeant in the Aurora Police Department. A memorial service will be held honoring Eric's life on Friday, September 10, 2021 at 2:30PM at Rocky Mountain Calvary Church, 4285 N. Academy Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80918.
