Erlinda Torno Ipong, 64, lifelong resident of Salinas, passed away on Dec. 14, 2015 in Salinas. She was born on Mar. 27, 1951 in Pampanga, Philippines. Erlinda previously worked as a line operator for McCormick & Schilling for over 33 years. She was also a Licensed Cosmetologist from 1990-2014. Erlinda is survived by, her loving husband, Eddie Ipong daughters, Sarah (Juel) Galope and Jennifer (Tomas) Madrigal sons, Bryan and Gener (Angela) Galope grandchildren, Angelina Fernandez, Andrew Galope, Justin and Selah Bushnell, Abner and Aleena Galope sisters, Emerenciana Yamat and Elizabeth Yabut brothers, Dionicio, Fernando, Arturo, Eduardo Torno along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other loving family and friends. She is preceded in death by, her parents, Pedro and Brigida Torno and her brother, Ernesto Torno. Visitation will be held on Friday, Dec. 18, 2015 1-9pm with a Rosary vigil at 7pm, all at Healey Mortuary 405 N. Sanborn Rd. Salinas, CA 93905. A Chapel Blessing will take place on Saturday, Dec. 19, 2015 in the main chapel. Cremation to follow services.
