Erlinda Ruiz Sanchez

In Loving Memory of Erlinda Ruiz Sanchez: Erlinda Ruiz Sanchez, beloved Mother, and Grandmother, was born on April 4, 1924 in Phoenix Arizona and passed away on April 9, 2024 at the age of 100. She brought laughter and kindness to every occasion. Through her life sprang 5 generations of sons, daughters, and grandchildren. She was known to lovingly joke “If it wasn’t for me, none of you would be here”. She touched the lives of many with her sweet, and infectious smile, and with her nurturing and compassionate nature. Erlinda left a lasting mark on the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to call her “Mom”, “Nana” and “Tia”. She is survived by daughters Anita Napoles and Family, Beatrice Gonzales and Family, Cecelia Valverde and Family, Daisy Gonzales and Family, and sons Amando Sanchez and Family, Joe Sanchez and Family, and son in law Philip Noreiga and Family, as well as her Granddaughter and caretaker Roberta Anita Sanchez. While her physical presence may no longer be with us, her spirit will live on in the cherished memories she made during her time with us. Erlinda's life is a testament of unconditional love. A celebration of Erlinda's life will be held on April 19, 2024, 8:30 am to 11:30 am at Legacy Funeral Home – Rose Chapel Located at 1130 S Horne Street in Mesa where family and friends can come together to honor and remember her. Committal Service will begin at 1:00 PM at Saint Francis Catholic Cemetery Located at 2033 N 48th St, Phoenix.
