Ernest Raymond Gomez

Ernest Raymond Gomez, age 67, was born October 07, 1944 and went home to our Lord on August 31, 2012. Ernest is preceded in death by his parents Jose and Carmen Gomez, his son Abel Joseph Gomez (A.J.) and his brother Joseph Gomez. Ernest is survived by his spouse of 44 years Evelyn Gomez (Lammie); daughters Deanne Maes and Stephanie Gomez; grandsons Abel J.II, Thomas Gomez and Patrick Loya; his sister Virginia Gomez; brothers Andrew Gomez and spouse Jan and David Gomez and spouse Janine; goddaughter Louisa Gomez; godson Eric Lopez; sister in-law Margarita Mares and spouse Louis; brothers in-law Danny Trujillo and spouse Geraldine (Geri) and Gabrial Trujillo and also several nieces and nephews. Honorary pallbearers will be Abel Gomez, Thomas Gomez, Patrick Loya, Andrew Gomez, David Gomez, John Gomez, Eric Lopez and Sammy Roybal. A visitation will be held at Riverside Funeral Home of Albuquerque, 225 San Mateo NE, on Tuesday, September 4, 2012 at 6pm followed by recitation of the rosary at 7pm.
