YANKEY, Ernest M., 59, of Lutz, Florida, passed away Friday, January 21, 2011. Ernest was born February 9, 1951 in Louisville, Kentucky. Ernest tinkered and rebuilt classic cars, he also collected NASCAR memorabilia. He was a Kentucky Colonel. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Judy; children, Chip, Courtney, Kelly, and Lindsey; grandchildren, Zachary, Kylie, Jaden, Jakob, and Keira; mother, Gladys Yankey; sisters and brothers, Donna, Rick, Connie, Steve and Melinda; many other loving family members and friends. Memorial Service will be 1:00 PM, Saturday, January 29, 2011 at Tampa Journey Christian Church, 7708 Van Dyke Rd., Odessa, Florida . We will cherish your memory always.
