Eshia “Jake” Jacob, of Woodbury Heights, NJ on January 17, 2019 age 85 years. Legacy Jake has been Councilman of Woodbury Heights from 1983-1985 and 1995-2018. He was also a member of the Woodbury Heights Athletic Association for 31 years and has served as a Liaison to the Veterans of Gloucester County. Family Jake is the beloved husband of Mary (Nee Uhlein); devoted father to Denise Jacob of Woodbury Heights, Nancy Ogbin (Jeff) of Deptford, Christine Grady (Rocco) of Woodbury Heights and Matthew Jacob (Laura) of Williamstown. He is predeceased by his siblings Jack Jacob, Bud Jacob and Delores Ciaverelli; loving grandfather of 7 and great grandfather of 2. Farewell Ceremony Relatives and friends are invited to Jake’s viewing Thursday 5:00 – 8:30 pm and Friday 8:30 – 9:45 AM in Infant Jesus Parish at St. Margaret’s Church, Third & Beech Avenues, Woodbury Heights, NJ; where his Funeral Mass will follow at 10:00 AM on Friday. Interment with Military Honors will follow at Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Tuckahoe Road, Williamstown, NJ. Arrangements under the direction of the McGUINNESS FUNERAL HOME, Woodbury & Washington Twp.
