Estelle B. McLean

"Belchertown, Estelle B. McLean, 93, died on Tuesday July 6, 2010 at Life Care Center in Wilbraham. Born in Ware, MA on March 28, 1917, she was the daughter of Edmour and Rose (Emond) Daignault. She worked for many years at Durand's located in Palmer and Ware. Estelle was a member of St. Francis Church. She was predeceased by her first husband, Alfred Ouimette in 1968 and her second husband, James McLean in 1994 and her son, Gerard in 2009. She will be missed by her daughter-in-law, Patricia Ouimette of Ware, her step daughter, Marie Fournier of Belchertown along with her three grandchildren, Derek, Lisa and Bret Ouimette and five great grandchildren and step grandson, Paul Fournier and his two children of Granby. Her sister, Ferande Nowak of Ware and her brother Bertrand of Florida also survive her. She was also predeceased by two sisters. A Funeral Mass will be on Thursday, July 8 at 11:30 a.m. at St. Francis Church. Burial will follow in Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Ware. Calling hours from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Beers and Story Belchertown Funeral Home, 10 Maple St. will precede the Mass.
