Esther enjoyed life to the fullest. She enjoyed the farm and ranch life and raising the 4 children with a strong hand but a loving heart. Always enjoyed having relatives, friends and neighbors stopping by for a visit and they never left hungry. She was an excellent cook. Esther and Al in their early days of marriage would go to area square dances where Alvin called the dances. She was always ready to prepare any wild game the kids would bring home from hunting. The family would spend time fishing together in the summer after a rain when they couldn’t get in the fields. And as a 4-H leader spent lots of time at fairs and the baseball field in Kersey.
Esther will be missed dearly by her family and friends – she knew no stranger and always had a warm welcome and smile.
