Evelyn is the mother of three children: Preston Reed Jr., Theresa Reed and Gerald Reed; also survived by grandchildren: James Angelo (Campbell) Reed and Marcus Reed; sisters: Virginia Ann Pace, Ophelia Jacobs Matthews and Gwen Tyler; brothers: Aldridge (Matt) Matthews, Virgil Matthews and Nathaniel Matthews. Preceded in death by her father, husband, brother and grandson. Viewing 4:00 to 8:00 pm Thursday, May 27, 2010 at Piper-Morley-Mellinger Funeral Home, 5436 South Puget Sound, Tacoma, Washington.
