Evelyn Fraser Sexton, 86, passed away on Thursday January 10, 2013. Graveside services will be held 3:00 PM Saturday in the Lake Hill Memorial Gardens in Trenton, GA. Visitation will be from 4 until 6:00 PM on Friday at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home and from 12 noon until 2:00 PM Saturday in the Chattanooga Funeral Home (East Chapel) in Chattanooga, TN. Mrs. Sexton was born in Geraldine, AL. She was preceded in death by her parents Alfred & Opal (Ellis) Fraser, her husband Willard B. Sexton and a granddaughter LeAnn Brown. She was a retired assembly line operator for the Cavalier Corporation in TN. Mrs. Sexton was a former member of the Hickory Valley Baptist Church in Chattanooga, TN and was presently a member of the Second Baptist Church in Warner Robins, GA where she was associated with the XYZ Senior Citizens Group and Helping Hearts Ministry. Survivors include her sons A.J. (Genia) Sexton and Willard (Joy) Sexton both of Warner Robins, GA, grandchildren James (Lumi) Sexton and Bobby A. (Laura) Case and 7 great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers donation may be made to the Second Baptist Church at 2504 Moody Rd., Warner Robins, GA, 31088, or to the A Voice for the Children Ministry in care of Rev. E. Charles Hyder at 1026 Tavistock Way, Knoxville, TN, 37918, in memory of Mrs. Sexton. Heritage Memorial Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of local arrangements.
