January 10th, 1927 - June 9th, 2012
Mrs. Faye H. Hester, 85, formerly of Greensboro, died Saturday, June 9, 2012 at the Tucker Hospice House. A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm Tuesday, June 12th, at Lambeth-Troxler Funeral Chapel, with the Reverend Roger Hedrick officiating. Mrs. Hester was born January 10, 1927, in Martinsville, Virginia to Thomas and Ida Mae Holley. She was a past member of Lankford Memorial Baptist Church. She was a hard worker and loved yard sales, gardening, and cooking. She will be greatly missed. Mrs. Hester is survived by her daughter, Janet Clonch and husband JC; granddaughter, Debra Gordon and fiancée Aaron; great-grandchildren, Brooke Anne Delsanto and Lee Delsanto; sister, Ruth Payne; brother, Bobby Holley and wife Donnie; special friends, Janice and Harold Blakely.
