Federico Santiago Javier Coupe, (Fred) passed away on August 9, 2024. He was a beloved father, husband, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Federico was born on March 7, 1959, in Argentina, where he spent his formative years. He attended Colegio San Luis, and Universidad Nacional de La Plata and became an Engineer. He moved to Miami with his family before relocating last year to Charlotte to be close to his daughters.
But more than anything, Federico was a devoted father and husband. He loved spending time with his family and friends, sharing stories, and cooking. He was always there to offer guidance, support, and encouragement, no matter what challenges they faced.
In his free time, Federico enjoyed analyzing politics and listening to podcasts, and was always eager to share his knowledge and enthusiasm with others.
Federico is survived by his loving wife, Marcela, his daughters, Daphne (Larry), Fiona and Eileen. His memory will be cherished by all who knew him.
A private funeral service will be held for the family. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Levine and Dickson Hospice House (Southminster, Charlotte).
