Felipa Marroquin

Felipa Marroquin 91, of Nampa formerly of Caldwell died Friday January 11, 2013 at a Meridian hospital. Felipa was born May 12, 1921 at Teran Nuevo Leon, Mexico to Santiago and Francisca Beltran Lopez. She married Guadalupe Marroquin at Hidalgo, Texas on February 28, 1950. During their marriage they migrated between Texas, California, Colorado and Idaho, settling in Caldwell in 1976 where they since resided. She worked for Crookham Seed Company for close to 10 years. She enjoyed reading her Bible, gardening, her flowers and shopping. She was preceded in death by her parents, her son Juan Marroquin and her husband. She is survived by her son David Marroquin of Caldwell, her Daughter Maria and son-in-law Daniel Aleman of Nampa, her Grandchildren Santiago Marroquin, Nora Garcia, Juan Marroquin Jr., Rachel Marroquin, Manuel Demara, Andres Demara, Lorena Demara, and several great grandchildren and a sister Herminia Lopez. Viewing will be Monday January 14, 2013 from 5:00-7:00 PM at Flahiff Funeral Chapel Caldwell, graveside committal will be on Tuesday January 15, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Canyon Hill Cemetery.
