LOZADA, Fernando, 67, of Tampa, FL, passed away Saturday, September 16, 2017. He was born in Caguas, Puerto Rico and moved to FL from NY in 2002. Fernando was a U.S. Army veteran. He was of Catholic faith. Fernando was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Carlos J. He is survived by five sisters, Irma, Maria T., Ana, Frances and Milagros.
