Flora H. Fragoso

Flora (Florita) Huerta Fragoso Named after her mother Flora Molina Huerta and daughter of Fernando Mesa Huerta. Born in Nogales, Arizona on May 1, 1925, passed away bravely, on July 15, 2013, stating she was being greeted by her brothers, Enrique and Fernando. Florita celebrated her passing, at Peppi's House Hospice, with her beloved family at her side, and she gifted us with beautiful smiles. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Joaquin Fragoso and her son, Alvaro Fragoso. Florita and Joaquin married in 1945 and were blessed with three children, Alvaro, Norma and Joaquin. Florita was a cherished daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and aunt. She is survived by her daughter, Norma; her son, Joaquin "Jack"; daughter-in-law, Anna and her grandchildren, Annette, Andy and Carina, Ricardo and Lucinda, Marco and Lety, Jeanette and Hipolito. Her beloved great- grandchildren, Annette, Jessica, Vanessa, Danielle, Andres, Joaquin, Jasmine, Marco, Mia, Marina, Andrea, Hipolito, Manuel and Miguel were also by her side. Her loving nieces and nephews and dearest friends were with her to celebrate her life, including: Alicia and Juan, Carlotta, Soledad and Farley, Clarissa and Ruben, Florita and Joe, Marta, Loli, Maria Elena, Maria Estella and Clarence, Martin and Emilia, Ronnie and Anna and Jan and Craig, Hope, Jose, Enrique, Fernando, Tia Lupe Molina and Ignacio. Tia Adelina Huerta was ever present with prayers and support. Funeral Services for Florita will be held on Saturday, August 3, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. at BRING'S MEMORIAL CHAPEL located at 236 S. Scott Ave., with interment at Holy Hope Cemetery, located at 3555 N. Oracle Road, at approximately 11:30 a.m. Immediately after Funeral Services, from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. extended family and friends, all who loved Florita, are invited for a buffet to celebrate the life of our beloved Mother, at the Scottish Rite Temple, located at 160 S. Scott Ave. (close to Bring's Memorial Chapel). In lieu of flowers at the funeral it is requested that donations be made to Peppi's House Hospice who took wonderful care of Florita in her last days.
