Florence Mary Cardarelli (née McPherson) of Lexington, South Carolina died on May 14, 2024. She was born in Port Glasgow, Scotland and raised in Luton, England. After graduation, she moved to Greenwich, Connecticut and worked for Fawcett Publications, where she met her future husband, Gennaro "Gerry" Cardarelli. In 2010, she retired from her job as Manager of Fairfield Memorial Park Cemetery in Stamford, CT, and moved with her husband, now deceased, to Lexington, South Carolina. She is predeceased by her parents, Donald & Florence McPherson and sisters, Evelyn Gemmell and Margaret Cameron. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Tracy and Rick Rosenthal, her daughter and son-in-law, Kerry Skye and Bill Koehler, and her granddaughters, Allison and Elizabeth Koehler.
