Faith Wallace & David I have known Kathy since high school but never met her Mother. Kathy and Dan are loving people and always had Ms. Duggins welfare at heart. I remember one visit I had when they were concerned she could not stay by herself and later I found out her situation worked out. Dan and Kathy's friends were able to be their eyes to see she was cared for safely. Ms Duggins certainly had a full life and to train dogs took patience. What a trip that must have been with the children and dogs from Texas to Newfoundland. I look forward to meeting her in the resurrection. My sympathy to the entire family for their loss.

She enjoyed my grandchildren as they gently carressed her.They also got her to smile. Arlene Arquero I never knew Florence but I can tell she was well loved by family & friends! I find much comfort in the scripture in John 5:28,29. David Gataletto My thoughts and prayers are with Mrs. Duggins' family. I was a childhood friend of her sons, Tim and Pat when our fathers were stationed at Elmendorf AFB, Alaska. I remember how good she was with animals. Very nice lady.
