Florence Ruth Rodrigue

(Nee Schletty) August 20, 1919 ~ March 9, 2011 Passed away surrounded by her family at the age of 91. Preceded in death by her loving husband Raymond;parents William & Christina; brothers Harold, Ralph, Howard; sister Teddy and son-in-law Dave. Mother of Kathleen (Larry), Carol, Michael (Mary). Grandmother of David, Carol, (Scott), Michelle (Jay), Sharon (Glenn), Christina, Brian (Jenni),Larry (Kim). Great grandmother of Zackery, Madison, Gavin, Hayley Rae, Olivia and Alexander. Alsosurvived by special nephew John Rodrigue, sister Leona (Rich), brother Robert (Sherry), special pet Bella, and many nieces, nephews, neighbors and friends. Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday (3/15) at 10:30 AM at CHURCH OF ST. PETER, 2600 Margaret St., North St. Paul. Private interment. Visitation Monday from 4-8:00 PM at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 E. 7th Avenue, North St. Paul and Tuesday one hour before the Mass at church. Active in Community Service, Parent volunteer at St. Peter's Catholic School. Enjoyed sewing, working in her flower and vegetable gardens. Member of 4H Club and worked at Klein's Grocery store. Very special thanks to the staff at Cerenity of So. St. Paul and an extra special thanks to all the aides in the Memory Care Unit.
