Werner, Florence Sloane ?Flo?, 71, of St. Petersburg, died Tuesday December 26, 2000 at home of cancer. Born in Ozone Park, NY, she came here in 1998 from Virginia Beach, VA. Prior to that she lived in New Jersey, Michigan and Utah. Locally, she was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church. She is survived by her husband of fifty years, Lawrence W.; two sons: Lawrence G., Houston, TX; and George M., Atlanta, GA; and one daughter, Teresa A. Morrison, St. Petersburg. The Celebrant for Mass will be Rev. George Werner, SMM. The family requests that anyone desiring to, may make donations to the American Cancer Society, 4801-86th Avenue North, Pinellas Park, FL 33782 or to The Tutweiler Clinic, P.O. Box 462, Tutweiler, MS 38963. Anderson-McQueen Funeral Homes & Cremation Tribute Center-McLeod Chapel, St. Petersburg.
