Floyd Greene Floyd S. Greene of Eugene passed away August 18, 2016. Floyd was born March 15, 1928 in Eugene, Oregon to William and Anna Bell (Brown) Greene. He served in the U.S Navy Seabees, deployed to Saipan from 1946-1948. He was also an avid historian. He was proud of his 35 years of sobriety and passionate about Alcoholics Anonymous. He was co owner/operator of Greene’s Meat Company of Eugene. He is survived by his daughters Cynthia Scott and Kathryn Rodgers of Bend and Nancy Schnetter of Oatman, Arizona, sons Scott Greene of Bend, Oregon and Michael Greene of Arizona. 7 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. A Celebration of life will be held Saturday September 17, 2016 at 2:30 pm at the JESCO Club 340 Blair Street in Eugene. Arrangements entrusted to Musgrove Family Mortuary.
