Forbes Keith

Obituary (Gordon) Forbes Keith Born May 17,1936 Boston, MA - Passed away June 29, 2018 Tucson, AZ. Son of the late Gordon Cusack Keith and Elizabeth (Bessie) Ada Keith. Forbes was also the nephew of Officer Forbes McLeod, who was killed in the notorious Needham Bank Robbery of 1934. Graduate of Needham High School , Needham, MA 1954; where he excelled in hockey and baseball and helped Needham win the Hockey State Championship in 1954. Graduated Boston University 1959 ; where he played hockey and baseball and helped the Terriers win their first Beanpot Title in 1958. Forbes was an educator for 45 years and taught High School as well as College at various schools across the country from Maine to Massachusetts, New York and California. He also coached several sports throughout his career including; hockey, soccer, baseball , basketball , football and cross country. Forbes is survived by his wife Barbara, son Scott & wife Nadine , daughter Lisa McLeod , and 3 grandchildren Sam, Ariel and Aaron.
