Frances Evelyn (Martin) Barrington 1927-2018 Frances Evelyn (Martin) Barrington, age 90, died July 26, 2018 in Cambridge, WI. She was born Aug. 11, 1927 in Texarkana, Texas, to Maymie Kelley Martin and Joseph Ashley Martin. She had one sister, Juanita (Herring) and two brothers, Kelly and Joseph. She lived in Dallas, Texas most of her life. She married Charles Ray Barrington on Oct. 14, 1944. They were partners in life for over 70 years. When Charles died in 2015, she moved to Wisconsin to live with her only son, Eddie Joe Barrington and his wife Ann L. Barrington. She moved into Assisted Living in 2016, where she resided until passing. Her life was filled with family and many friends whom she loved well and was loved by. She always had a story to tell and cared for others without abandon. She loved God, was always grateful, and when the going got tough, her motto was “hang in there!” Her smile truly lit up a room and no one ever had a question of whether she enjoyed her life. She is preceded in death by her husband Charles Ray Barrington; mother Maymie Martin; father Joseph Ashley Martin; brothers Kelly and Joseph; sister Juanita; mother-in-law Louetta Swift; father-in-law Ottis Barrington and brother-in-law James Tucker. She is survived by son Eddie J. Barrington, daughter-in-law Ann Barrington, granddaughters Rachel (Joshua) Turner and Kari (Brent)Siegenthaler; great-granddaughters Virginia Turner and Noelle Turner; grant-grandson Harvey Turner; sisters-in-laws Marcille Tucker and Norma Barrington and brother-in-law Milton Barrington. She is further survived by many other close relatives and friends. For all who want to join us in a celebration of life, a memorial service take place for Frances and Charles at the National Cemetery in Dallas, TX at a future date to be determined. The Nitardy Funeral Home, Cambridge, WI is assisting the family. "If ever there is tomorrow when we’re not together... there is something you must always remember. You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think. but the most important thing is, even if we’re apart... I’ll always be with you.” Winnie the Pooh (A.A. Milne)
